1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in original condition.
- Must include all original accessories.
- Must not show excessive wear, damage, or misuse.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Digital products (e-books, masterclasses) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number.
- Our team will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the issue.
- We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
